Who is membership open to?

At the moment, just property developers, landlords, housebuilders and housing associations. In due course, we will open it up to associated firms such as lenders, solicitors, architects, etc.

How much will it cost?

For businesses with a turnover of up to £5m

• £499.000 annual membership fee
• £120.00 initial joining fee

After 12 months, the annual membership fee remains at £499.000

For businesses with a turnover above £5m

• £799.00 annual membership fee
• £120.00 initial joining fee

After 12 months, the annual membership fee remains at £799.00

What happens next?

We review your application and commence our authorisation process. This should not take more than 5 working days and if there is likely to be a longer delay, we will inform you at the time of application
